You will track shipments, verify invoices, and provide admin support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualificações

• Minimum N-Level or equivalent; O-Level acceptable.
• At least 1 year in shipping/logistics preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.

• Handle calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments by sea, air, and land.

Job Description

• Working Location: Jurong
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air, and land.
• Prepare and verify shipping, freight, and customs documentation.
• Track shipments and follow up on delays, damaged cargo, or missing goods.
• Verify supplier invoices, prepare customer invoices, and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
