Zusammenfassung

Private Advertiser is seeking an Ocean Freight Export professional to handle end-to-end sea freight bookings, documentation, and coordination with carriers. You will manage daily operations, liaise with vendors and customers, and ensure timely cargo collection and delivery within an established export department.

The role is permanent with comprehensive benefits, including AWS, variable bonus, 14 days of annual leave to start, and medical benefits.

Qualifikationen

• O level or Diploma with 2–3 years' ocean freight export experience
• Experience in freight forwarding & ocean freight is an advantage
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required
• Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Aufgaben

• Booking & Coordination of sea shipments.
• Handle full sets of sea freight shipping documentation
• Coordinate with carriers/NVO to make bookings or give loading instructions
• Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.
• Liaise with vendors & customers / transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Min "O" / Diploma holder with 2-3 years of relevant experience / Experience in handling Ocean freight Export shipment is a must




• Experienced in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage




• Being familiar in SAP will be an advantage but is not a must.




• Good team player with the ability to work independently




• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
