Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to oversee Tuas operations. 5.5-day workweek with defined hours, salary package includes basic pay plus performance bonus and AWS, and permanent employment.

This role involves coordinating import/export shipments, preparing shipping and customs documents, liaising with shipping lines and forwarders, tracking deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate records and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments and documents.
• Prepare shipping instructions, VGM, Bills of Lading, LOA, and other documents.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, customers, and authorities.
• Track shipments and prepare customs clearance documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules and follow up on pending documents.
• Manage Incoterms and transport arrangements.
• Plan daily deliveries based on customer orders.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely delivery.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve transport issues.
• Prepare customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Maintain shipping, delivery, billing, and warehouse records.
• Coordinate incoming shipments with the receiving and warehouse teams.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports.
• Assist with stock takes and audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
