Job summary

Asia Specialty Products Pte. Limited in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage data entry, shipment bookings, documentation, and inventory control.

The role requires coordination with factories and both internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate logistics execution. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in a related discipline, has 2–3 years in shipping or logistics, is fluent in English and Chinese, and is proficient with MS Word/Excel; ERP experience is a plus,

Responsibilities

• Handle data entries in system, shipment bookings and documentation.
• Stock planning with sales forecast and sales figures.
• Coordinate with factories, internal and external customers in all logistics related activities.
• Support other logistics function if needed.
• Monitor inventory and review slow moving stock.
• Handle queries and complaints from sales/customers.
• Responsible for ad-hoc assignments, analysis and reporting.
• Contract period: 6 - 7 months.

About the role

This role involves managing logistics operations including data entry, shipment bookings, documentation, and inventory management. You will coordinate with factories, internal and external customers on all logistics-related activities, monitor stock levels, handle customer queries, and support ad-hoc assignments and reporting.

About you

• Diploma holder in related discipline
• 2-3 years' working experiences in shipping or logistics
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel
• Hands on experience on ERP is a PLUS
• Able to speak and write in English and Chinese languages to liaise with English and Mandarin Speaking Associates
• Well-organized, good working attitude with strong coordination and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
