ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is recruiting a Shipping Executive to support end-to-end trading operations, focusing on shipment coordination and documentation. This sole contributor role requires a degree in supply chain or related field and at least 3 years of shipping or sales coordination experience within international trade.

You will liaise with internal teams, suppliers and logistics providers, manage LC processes when needed, and ensure accurate invoicing and records in the ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate loading and shipment schedules with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics providers.
• Handle full set of import/export shipping documents.
• Support LC processing, including reviewing terms and preparing documents.
• Prepare purchase and sales contracts and process orders.
• Maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve documentation issues.

The Opportunity: Adecco is partnering with an international food trading company and we are hiring for anShipping Executive. This is a sole contributor role, supporting end-to-end trading operations, including shipment coordination, import and export documentation, contract preparation and invoicing.

• Full-time, permanent opportunity
• Work location: Central region
• Work Days: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm

The Job:

• Coordinate loading and shipment schedules with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics service providers
• Handle a full set of import and export shipping documents
• Support Letter of Credit processing, including reviewing LC terms, preparing the required documents and ensuring compliance with stipulated conditions
• Prepare purchase and sales contracts
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate transaction records
• Perform data entry and issue invoices through the ERP system
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on documentation or operational issues

The Talent:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing would be advantageous
• Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
