Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is hiring a Shipping Executive to support end-to-end trading operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, contract preparation and invoicing. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Central region of Singapore.

You will coordinate loading, manage import/export paperwork, assist LC processing, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system while liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
3+ years in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations.
Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes.
Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing would be advantageous
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading and shipment schedules with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics service providers.
Handle a full set of import and export shipping documents.
Support Letter of Credit processing, including reviewing LC terms and documents.
Prepare purchase and sales contracts.
Process sales orders and maintain transaction records in the ERP system.
Monitor shipment progress and follow up on documentation or operational issues.
