Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support end-to-end trading operations, including shipment coordination, import/export documentation, contract preparation and invoicing.

The role is full-time, permanent with work in the Central region, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. Candidate should have 3+ years in sales/shipping coordination and familiarity with LC processing to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, shipping coordination or trading operations.
Familiarity with import/export documentation and international shipping processes.
Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing would be advantageous.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading and shipment schedules with internal teams, suppliers, customers and logistics service providers.
Handle a full set of import and export shipping documents.
Support Letter of Credit processing, including reviewing LC terms and preparing required documents.
Prepare purchase and sales contracts.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate transaction records.
Perform data entry and issue invoices through the ERP system.
Monitor shipment progress and follow up on documentation or operational issues.
