Job summary

RICHFIELD MARINE AGENCIES (S) PTE LTD seeks a shipping coordinator to manage end-to-end FCL export shipments and vessel operations from Singapore. You will coordinate bookings, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations to support business growth.

You will prepare Bills of Lading, cargo manifests, and participate in port calls, aiming for efficient vessel turnaround and seamless cargo movement. Strong English communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in shipping agency and containerized shipments preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and shipping documentation processes.

Job Summary

Handle full container load (FCL) export shipments and vessel operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant shipping processes that support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of FCL export shipments by coordinating bookings and preparing shipping documentation to ensure seamless cargo movement and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate vessel operations during port calls to facilitate husbandry services and optimize vessel turnaround times
• Prepare and verify full sets of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L) and cargo manifests, to maintain accuracy and compliance with shipping regulations
• Execute daily shipping operations and transactions with precision and timeliness to enhance overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams by taking initiative and applying meticulous attention to detail to drive continuous process improvements

Required competencies and certifications

• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant system software to support and streamline shipping operations
• Communicate shipping information clearly and accurately using strong command of written and spoken English

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field
