Job summary

Richfield Marine Agencies (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end sea export shipments (FCL) and vessel operations. You will coordinate bookings, documentation, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining high customer support standards.

Responsibilities include port calls, cargo documentation (B/Ls), and proactive client communication to provide shipping solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant shipping system software to support operational workflows.
• Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Relevant working experience in Shipping Agency & Containerised Service to perform core job functions effectively.

• Prepare and manage comprehensive shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards.
• Collaborate within the team by taking initiative and demonstrating responsibility and meticulous attention to detail to support and enhance operational goals.
