Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end coordination and management of sea export shipments from booking through documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Manage husbandry services during vessel bunkering calls in Singapore to maintain smooth port operations
• Execute daily shipping operations and transactions with precision to meet business objectives and client requirements
• Proactively engage with customers via email to resolve inquiries and provide customer-focused shipping solutions that enhance client satisfaction
• Prepare and manage comprehensive shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards
• Collaborate within the team by taking initiative and demonstrating responsibility and meticulous attention to detail to support and enhance operational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant shipping system software to support operational workflows
• Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
• Relevant working experience in Shipping Agency & Containerised Service to perform core job functions effectively
