Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Shipping Documentation Analyst to manage all shipping documentation within Supply Chain.

You will ensure complete documentation for customs clearance, meet KPIs, and support markets with issues. Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is essential, as is handling LC shipments and coordinating with banks. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Experience with shipping documentation is required.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all shipping documentation functions within Supply Chain.
• Ensure shipments are processed with complete documentation for customs clearance.
• Meet turnaround time KPIs and support documentation issues for markets.
• Generate financial documents per revenue recognition guidelines.
• Coordinate with 3rd party on LC issuance and vetting.
• Apply Green Light Process with suppliers and customers.
• Present documents to banks and manage LC communications.
• Review Shipped Not billed reports and follow up for missing docs.
• Identify process improvements with stakeholders and generate monthly reports.
• Support audits and other duties as assigned.
