Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing, including sourcing and PO issuance. You will liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and support cost-saving price negotiations.

The role involves SAP goods receipts, documentation compliance, and close collaboration with internal teams to maintain smooth procurement processes. Candidates should have 3+ years in purchasing and be proficient with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferably SAP Hana) will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable with documentation-heavy procurement and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation comparison, and issuance of PO.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.
• Support price negotiation with suppliers for cost effectiveness.
• Perform goods receipt in SAP to ensure accurate recording.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and provide admin support for purchasing.
• Maintain documentation and filing in line with policies and regulations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
