Job summary

MLION CORPORATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Shipping Documentation Clerk to manage LC negotiations, prepare shipping documents and handle related paperwork.

You will liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and ensure accurate processing of LC, Origin certificates, and FORM D, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in trading/shipping/freight forwarding.
• Diploma education required.
• Proficient in import/export shipping procedures and LC documentation.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, well organized and meticulous.
• Able to work in a team.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation and export LC negotiations/applications.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Handle LC, Certificate of Origin & FORM D.
• Assist in processing and checking shipping documentation.
• Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders for freight negotiations.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
