• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documents accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and freight forwarders on documentation requirements.
• Ensure all shipping documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain proper filing and records of shipping and operational documents.
