Accountstaff in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Documentation Coordinator to ensure shipments are processed with complete documentation for timely customs clearance and to meet KPIs. You will handle LC issuance coordination and align with banks and third parties while ensuring revenue-related documents are prepared accurately.

This role requires strong attention to detail and timely communication with markets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipments are processed and complete set of shipping documentation are provided to markets timely to facilitate customs clearance in market
• Ensure all shipments are processed within the stipulated turnaround time and meeting KPIs
• Support markets on documentation issues upon importation, follow through and resolved in a timely manner
• Ensure all financial documents are generated in accordance to the guidelines for revenue recognition
• Co-ordinate with 3rd party customer on LC issuance
• Vet LC, ensuring conformance to LC
• Apply Green Light Process with supplying site and 3rd party customer
• Present documents to Bank
• Communicate with bank on charges, proceeds, queries, etc
• Weekly review of Shipped Not billed report and follow up with shipping sites for any incomplete documentations or transactions
