Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end air and sea import/export operations. You will handle carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy in documents and timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations or customer service.
• Knowledge of freight operations, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import and export operations, including shipments and carrier bookings.
• Prepare and issue shipping documents such as NOA, DO, Bills of Lading, invoices and packing lists.
• Coordinate import/export customs clearance processes in Singapore.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers and brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Calculate freight costs, prepare quotations, verify vendor rates and process billing.
• Resolve delays and documentation discrepancies promptly and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import and export operations, including FCL/LCL shipments, carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
• Coordinate and oversee import and export customs clearance processes in Singapore.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Calculate freight costs, prepare customer quotations, verify vendor rates, and process billing accurately.
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company operating procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping operations, or customer service involving Air and Sea import/export shipments.
• Knowledge of freight operations, shipment coordination, Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
