Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a logistics professional to handle end-to-end air and sea import/export operations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. The role requires at least 2 years in logistics or shipping and proficiency in MS Office.

You will coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs brokers, prepare quotes and invoices, and maintain strict compliance with Singapore Customs and internal standards. 5-day work week with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in logistics, customer service, or operations.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations (FCL/LCL), including carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and site delivery arrangements.
• Prepare, audit, and issue critical shipping documentation—including NOA, DO, BL, HAWB/MAWB, invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo clearance and timely updates.
• Calculate shipping costs, issue invoices, verify vendor rate sheets, and prepare competitive shipping quotes for client inquiries.
• Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies, or customs holds efficiently.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs rules, international trade safety regulations, and internal company standards.

Working Days: 5 working days (Mon-Fri)

Working Timing: 08:30am - 05.30pm

Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Starting Salary: SGD3,000 - SGD3,500

Key responsibilities:

Shipment Operations:

Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations (FCL/LCL), including carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and site delivery arrangements.

Customs & Documentation:

Prepare, audit, and issue critical shipping documentation—including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.

Oversee smooth Singapore Customs clearance for both import and export cargo.

Client & Vendor Liaison:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo clearance and timely updates.

Quotations & Billing:

Calculate shipping costs, issue timely customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets, and prepare competitive shipping quotes for client inquiries.

Problem Resolution:

Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies, or customs holds efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs rules, international trade safety regulations, and internal company operating standards.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service or operational experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping (Air/Sea import & export).

Industry Knowledge of shipment coordination, freight documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
