One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Singapore to manage customer orders and coordinate import/export shipments. You will prepare cargo and customs documents, monitor progress, and liaise with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires basic knowledge of import/export procedures and strong communication/coordination skills. Training will be provided, and the position is based at our Redhill location with a standard 5-day work week.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders, enquiries, and service requests promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and process import/export shipping documents, including cargo and customs-related paperwork.
• Monitor shipment progress and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, hauliers, and overseas agents on shipment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate shipment schedules, tracking updates, and operational records in the system.
• Process shipping invoices and verify freight charges, supporting documents, and billing details.
• Investigate and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant shipping regulations.
