Job summary

ALIGN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics/shalpping support staff to prepare export shipping documents and coordinate delivery timelines.

The role involves liaising with internal teams and forwarders to ensure on-time collection and delivery, and addressing customer enquiries with feedback from relevant departments. Candidate should have a Diploma in Logistics management, 1–2 years shipping experience, and be proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics management or equivalent.
• 1–2 years shipping experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good communication skills to interact with people at all levels.
• A team player with drive, initiative and resourcefulness.
• Organised, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
