Job summary

KIREI JAPANESE FOOD SUPPLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics assistant in Singapore to support shipping operations, update shipping databases, and handle TradeNet declarations.

The role requires collaboration with warehouses and forwarders to manage incoming and ongoing cargo, along with performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of logistics experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to start on short notice.

• Experience in logistics and freight forwarding (1-2 years)

• Assist in shipping functions including database updates and operational support.
• Handle TradeNet permit declarations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and forwarders for incoming and ongoing cargo shipments.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
