Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Shipping/Store Assistant to support daily shipment activities and stock management. You will fulfill customer shipment expectations, handle incoming/outgoing goods, and assist supply chain operations and order fulfillment.

The role involves shipping and store duties, including packing, labeling, stock checks, and coordinating with forwarders. A fast-paced team environment and basic English communication are required, with a 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Pick goods at designated staging rack and update the system with shipment details.
• Pack and label goods for shipment; generate packing slips and invoices from the system.
• Coordinate with forwarder for shipment collection and ensure accuracy of shipment information.
• Perform job issuing, order picking, FIFO stock handling, weight/counting, packing and labeling of components.
• Conduct physical stock takes and update goods movement in the system.
• Provide cross-support to other areas as needed and handle ad hoc tasks from supervisor/manager.

A Shipping/Store Assistant

i) Able handle company's daily shipment activities & fulfill various customer shipment expectations.

ii) Able handle company's incoming and outgoing goods and manage company's stock. Support daily supply chain operations and job order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Shipping

• Pick the goods at designated staging rack.
• Input & update the goods receive information to system for shipment.
• Pack and label the goods on the tray & shipping box.
• Update system of shipment info and verify the special requirement and act accordingly from customer if any.
• Generate the Packing Slip and Commercial invoice from system.
• Prepare, communicate and coordinate with forwarder of the shipment collection.
• Cross support to other areas and sections if necessary.

Store

• Perform the job issuing according to job order from internal customer.
• Perform the customer order goods picking and fulfillment.
• Good practices on FIFO (First In First Out) manner.
• Weight/count, pack & label of components based on job requirements.
• Dispatch the job order, materials & components to designated department.
• Perform the physical stock take.
• Prepare & delivery shipment goods to Shipping Department.
• Update system of the goods movement.
• Cross support to other areas and sections if necessary.
• Handle ad hoc & other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
