Job summary

EMI Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented shipping documentation specialist to manage the preparation of shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists and electronic Certificates of Origin. You will handle Letters of Credit and ensure timely bank negotiations in line with LC requirements.

You will liaise with banks, suppliers and forwarders to resolve discrepancies, provide shipping status updates, and manage email correspondence with customers, principals and overseas agents.

Qualifications

• Experience handling shipping documents and invoices.
• Familiarity with Letters of Credit (LC) and bank negotiations.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized workflow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents: shipping instructions, invoices, packing lists, and Electronics Certificates of Origin.
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC) and ensure timely bank negotiations as per LC requirements.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers and forwarders to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Provide timely updates on shipping status and issues.
• Attend to email correspondence with customers, principals and overseas agents.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and be a cooperative team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; training provided for LC knowledge.
