Responsibilities

• Manage logistics documentation including shipping documents, bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Coordinate closely with customers, and various internal departments to ensure all full proper documentations receive.
• Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
• Support the logistics team with data entry and general administrative duties
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is organized and easily retrievable
