Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a shipping/ logistics assistant to handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to multiple countries.

The role includes preparing invoices, packing lists and related documents, and applying for FTA and health certificates as required. Position is based at Jurong West with standard full-time hours on weekdays. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of shipping/logistics experience, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and understands shipping

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries.
