Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation and execution to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area with strict hygiene.
• Complete daily checklists for opening, shift changes, and closings.
• Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, fryers, processors).
• Manage inventory, reduce waste, and ensure efficient resource use.
• Ensure proper food rotation, labeling and storage for freshness and safety.
• Oversee line food levels to maintain high-quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure uniforms are in good condition.
• Track and report orders for smooth service.
