Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy F&B outlet in Singapore. You will lead service, cashiering, inventory, and reporting to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant management, crew leadership of 20+, willingness to work shifts, and a valid Food Hygiene Certificate. Experience in a Japanese restaurant and Japanese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager within the F&B industry.
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more employees.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience in a Japanese restaurant is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage for liaising with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including order taking, cashiering, sales reconciliation, handling customer enquiries, and serving food and beverages during assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food quality, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee outlet administration and submit required reports, records, and documentation to the corporate office in a timely manner.
• Conduct staff training and monitor team performance to maintain service excellence.
• Enforce workplace policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment across the outlet team.
• Perform monthly inventory stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and manage staff work schedules to support operational requirements.
• Support other operational duties and projects as assigned.
