Job summary

MJ FNB PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run daily floor operations at our Singapore outlet.

You will manage opening and closing tasks, ensure equipment works, and handle cash and inventory accuracy to deliver smooth service. You will lead a small team, schedule shifts, onboard new staff, and monitor performance while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage operations, with hands-on floor contact.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Proficient in basic stock management and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations including opening/closing, inventory checks, and equipment functionality.
• Lead staff management activities such as rostering, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with local guidelines and certifications.
• Coordinate inventory and supplier activities, order supplies, and manage FIFO storage.
