Job summary

Helius Technologies in Singapore is seeking a SharePoint Analyst to develop, maintain and support SharePoint applications from AMK. You will resolve technical issues, deliver enhancements and ensure support services meet contractual SLAs and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on SharePoint development and MSSQL experience, PowerShell scripting, and strong analytical and teamwork skills. You will provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in standby maintenance to keep

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or an equivalent discipline.
Hands-on Microsoft SharePoint development experience is mandatory.
Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) is mandatory.
Ability to troubleshoot application issues and implement effective fixes.
Familiarity with SharePoint administration and PowerShell scripting.
Understanding of application maintenance, testing and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint applications and environments.
Investigate incidents, resolve service requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
Design, develop, test and deploy application enhancements.
Use PowerShell scripts to support service requests.
Monitor performance, security and compliance, and implement patches and updates.
Gather requirements and assess effort, timelines and technical impact for change requests.
