Kris Infotech : Technology & Talent - Synced is seeking a Software Engineer to provide Level 2/3 SharePoint support, monitor performance, and manage incidents and changes. You will implement patches, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Singapore-based on-site work is expected with potential standby duties as needed.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or IT.

The Software Engineer is responsible on:

• O&S support: to provide operation and support for application maintenance and ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) are met.
• Change Requests: to develop software based on requirements and ensure applications are working to specification, program codes have conformed to standards and are delivered with quality, meeting schedule and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance, and implement necessary patches and updates.
• Ensure Response Time and Defect Turn-around Time meet contractual KPI
• Incident Management: Perform troubleshooting and rectification of issue reporte
• Problem Management: Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measure
• Service Request: Perform general SharePoint administrative tasks and writing Power Shell scripts as part of service reques
• Change Request Assessment: Carry out requirements gathering and assessment on the effort and timeline require for the Change Request based on the requirement provide
• Change Request: Carry out technical design, technical construction, testing, implementation and deployment for the Change Reques
• Escalate critical problems to the Group Lead / Project Manage
• Perform standby duties or other urgent duties if required

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitud
• Knowledge in SharePoint
• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standard
