Job summary

Helios Technologies is seeking a SharePoint Analyst/AI Consultant to provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments, monitor performance and security, and perform change management tasks. The role requires hands-on development in SharePoint and MSSQL, with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities include incident and problem management, service requests, and ensuring contractual KPIs are met.

Qualifications

Mandatory: SharePoint development and MSSQL knowledge.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or IT-related field.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude.
Proactive, high-quality standards, and results oriented.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Monitor system performance, security, and compliance; apply patches and updates.
Ensure response time and defect turnaround meet KPI targets.
Incident, problem, and service request management for SharePoint.
Carry out change request assessment, technical design, construction, testing, and deployment.
Escalate critical problems to Group Lead/Project Manager; perform standby duties if required.
