Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint, troubleshooting incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance; apply patches.
• Ensure response time and defect turnaround meet KPIs.
• Incident and problem management: troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Handle service requests and perform SharePoint admin tasks; write PowerShell scripts.
• Carry out change request assessment, design, testing, and deployment.
• Escalate critical problems to Group Lead/Project Manager.
