Job summary

Kris Infotech : Technology & Talent - Synced is seeking a Software Engineer to provide Level 2/3 SharePoint support, monitor performance, and manage incidents and changes. You will implement patches, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and related technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint environments and resolve incidents.
• Monitor system performance, security and compliance; apply patches and updates.
• Ensure response time and defect turnaround meet contractual KPI.
• Escalate critical problems to Group Lead/Project Manager.
• Perform standby duties or other urgent tasks as required.
