What You’ll Do:

- 3. Continuously optimize warehouse layout and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- 4. Work with the warehouse team through effective scheduling, task allocation, performance management, and on‑the‑job training, including handling initial issue resolution.
- 5. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and operational standards to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
- 6. Monitor and analyze key operational metrics such as inventory turnover, shipping efficiency, and stock structure to drive data‑informed decisions and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- 2. Proficient in forklift operation with a valid forklift license is a plus.
- 3. This is a hands‑on role, requiring willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy goods alongside floor staff.
- 4. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for reporting and regional coordination.
- 5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset with the ambition to grow into a management role.
- 6. Experience in team handling (2–5 people), including task coordination and basic supervision.
- 7. Responsible for inventory management and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely operational insights.
