Job summary

Dirak Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Store Man to join our warehouse team, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory control for our German-Singapore JV.

You will handle receiving, inspection, stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and safe operation of forklift equipment (where certified). Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with diverse clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Unloads, inspects and verifies incoming goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and performs stock checks.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer tasks.
• Forklift certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Processing: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality. Update inventory records accordingly.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock takes, and manage stock adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order Fulfilment: Pick and pack orders accurately, label items, and prepare them for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout, optimize storage spaces, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Who We're Looking For

• Must be able to unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods for accuracy and quality.
• Able to interacts with all levels and able to communicate in English andMandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Self-motivated and initiative; possess positive attitude and problem solving mindset.
• Secondary school certificate (O/N Levels) and above.
• 2-3 years in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems with basic computer applications. Valid forklift operator license is advantageous.
