Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Forklift license or certification is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Professional proficiency in English for reporting and coordination.
• Proactive mindset with growth toward management.
• Experience in guiding a small team (2–5 people).
• Responsible for inventory management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, inventory control, dispatch, cycle counting).
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through audits and corrective actions.
• Continuously optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce errors.
• Lead scheduling, task allocation, and on‑the‑job training with issue resolution.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards for a safe working environment.
• Monitor metrics like inventory turnover, shipping efficiency, and stock structure.
