Job summary

ELITEZ (FMCG) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Executive to ensure packing accuracy and timely readiness of stock, premiums and materials for each campaign.

You will receive, label and store goods, pick and dispatch orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well-organised. You will collaborate with the operations team to meet deadlines and ensure smooth campaigns.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, packing, logistics or a similar operations role.
• Meticulous, organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently, prioritise packing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (including standing, lifting and moving stock).
• Basic computer literacy for inventory records.
• A dependable team player who communicates well with the operations team.
• A forklift licence is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pack, assemble and prepare orders, premiums, POS materials and co-pack items (e.g. gift-with-purchase attachment, bundling, stickering, kitting) accurately and on schedule - ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Receive, check, label and store incoming goods; pick, pack and dispatch outgoing orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records, and carry out regular stock checks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, safe and well-maintained - proper storage, clear labelling and tidy work zones.
• Prepare and track promoter equipment, premiums and campaign materials for delivery and returns.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to meet packing deadlines and campaign timelines.
• Operate warehouse and packing equipment safely, and flag any maintenance or stock issues early.
• Uphold workplace safety and housekeeping standards at all times.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Elitez FMCG runs brand activation, field marketing and co-packing operations out of our Singapore warehouse. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Executive whose core job is to handle packing and keep our warehouse running smoothly - making sure every campaign's stock, premiums and materials are packed accurately and ready on time, so our operations never miss a beat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
