B.S. FURNITURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to own day-to-day operations.

You’ll lead stock management, logistics, deliveries and event setups on the floor in a lean, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, can solve problems on the fly, and wants to grow with the company as we scale. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field; warehousing and last-mile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, packing, and event setup.
• Hands-on with material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks); forklift licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse activities including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment.
• Manage unloading of goods from containers into the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse operations, stepping in hands-on when needed.
• Operate material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, trolleys).
• Track and manage inventory for accuracy and availability.
• Lead roadshow setup, teardown and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate last-mile loading and delivery, ensuring correct assembly.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners for deliveries.
• Ensure daily/weekly KPIs for heavy vehicle fleet and drivers.
• Support process improvements to boost efficiency.

Job Title:Warehouse Supervisor
Work Schedule:5/5.5-day work week (off day may lie on weekdays instead on weekends); occasional extended hours during peak periods, events and roadshows

About the Role:
We're a fast-growing ergonomic workspace brand looking for a hands-on, driven Warehouse Supervisor to take real ownership of our day-to-day operations - this is not a desk-only role. You'll be on the floor leading stock, logistics, deliveries and event setups, keeping things moving in a lean, fast-paced team. The ideal person is highly organised, rolls up their sleeves, solves problems on the fly, and wants to grow with the company as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment.
• Manage and ensure the smooth unloading of goods from containers into the warehouse.
• Maintain the warehouse alongside the team, stepping in hands-on when necessary.
• Operate and handle material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, trolleys) as needed.
• Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Lead and coordinate roadshow setup, teardown and on-site logistics.
• Oversee last-mile loading and delivery coordination, ensuring all items are delivered/assembled accordingly.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners (logistics providers, vendors) to coordinate deliveries.
• Ensure daily and weekly KPIs of the heavy vehicle fleet and drivers are met.
• Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field).
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, packing, event setup and last-mile / loading operations.
• Hands-on experience with material-handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks); valid forklift licence an advantage.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willing to work flexible and extended hours during peak periods, events and roadshows to get the job done.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and thrives in a lean, fast-moving team.
• Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs.
