Job summary

Yenisei Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring Warehouse Executives to support growing warehousing, inventory control, WMS usage, and transport coordination. From day one, you will receive practical on-the-job training and develop skills across warehousing processes and customer service.

This role offers structured training, opportunities to advance to Logistics Executive and Senior Executive, and a stable path within a local logistics company that values initiative and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Google Forms, Google Sheets or Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Preferably possess a valid forklift licence.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, drivers and warehouse team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing and cargo-release activities.
• Ensure goods are correctly labelled, stored and recorded.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Use Google-based digital job workflows, including Google Forms, Google Sheets and related applications.
• Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, transport operations and warehouse staff.
• Prepare warehouse documents, job sheets, delivery orders and billing information.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing cargo and ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist management in improving warehouse processes, work procedures and WMS usage.
• Support future WMS implementation, system changeover and data-migration projects.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Operate a forklift when required, subject to holding a valid forklift licence.
• Perform other logistics and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, non-air-conditioned warehouse environment equipped with industrial fans

Salary Range

• Without relevant experience but willing to learn: S$2,500–S$2,800 per month
• With relevant warehouse, WMS and logistics experience: S$3,500–S$4,500 per month
• Final salary will depend on experience, computer skills, forklift certification, leadership potential and ability to work independently
