Job summary

• Communicate with customers to receive orders.
• Support team in daily reporting on inventory and distribution.
• Assist with daily transportation arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)
• To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
• Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report..
• Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
• Assist in any other duties as required

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
