Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Solution Architect to lead ServiceNow implementations for medium and large organizations. You will own end-to-end design, drive technical reviews, and collaborate with client teams across sales and delivery.

The role requires strong ServiceNow expertise (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM), CIS certification, and excellent English communication. Willingness to travel within ASEAN is expected, and Singapore citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in IT or Customer support organizations.
• 3 years’ experience as technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow delivery (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM).
• ServiceNow certifications with at least 1 CIS certification.
• Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies.
• 1+ years’ experience aligning business processes to ITIL best practices.
• Fluency in English (must-have).
• Availability to travel within ASEAN.
• Must be Singapore Citizen.

The Solution Architect role is one of the core components in all our implementations. This role encompasses aspects of Business Subject Matter Expert and Solution Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution implementation projects;
• Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation;
• Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance;
• Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers;
• Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content;
• Audit existing client’s implementation and recommend enhancement.

What you bring with you:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT or Customer support organizations;
• 3 years’ experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow with a focus on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM);
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification
• Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies;
• 1+ years’ experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices;
• Fluency in English (must-have)
• Availability to travel within ASEAN.
• Must be Singapore Citizen.
