Job summary

DXC Technology Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding solution strategy, governance, and implementation across ServiceNow Technology and Enterprise Workflows, with emphasis on CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine and Now Assist. This role requires strong pre-sales, leadership, and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for security clearance as required by client environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or implementation roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise across CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Assist.
• Experience providing technical leadership, architecture governance, and implementation guidance to delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and at least one CIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
• Define scalable, secure, and best-practice platform architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Own the technical and functional solution design throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, solution validation, and governance activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with ServiceNow and industry best practices.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Act as trusted advisor to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Manage stakeholder communications across business, technical, and executive levels.
• Present solution roadmaps and architecture strategies to client leadership.
• Audit existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
• Support and lead solutioning activities for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales to develop compelling ServiceNow solutions and value propositions.
• Participate in effort estimation, solution sizing, costing, and SOW development.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow AI, including Now Assist, and lead AI-related POCs.
