Job summary

DXC Technology in Singapore seeks a Solution Architect to lead ServiceNow implementation projects and own end-to-end design during delivery.

You will review designs, ensure data quality, and coordinate with client teams through sales and post-sales phases, including RFPs and solution content.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT or service delivery, ServiceNow CIS certifications, and excellent English communication, with willingness to travel within ASEAN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT or customer support environments.
• 3+ years as a technical consultant or business analyst delivering ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM workflows.
• ServiceNow certifications required (minimum CIS).
• Strong SQL/XML/web technologies understanding.
• Experience aligning business processes to ITIL best practices.
• English fluency mandatory.
• Willingness to travel across ASEAN.
• Eligible for security clearance and site access.

Summary: The Solution Architect role is one of the core components in all our implementations. This role encompasses aspects of Business Subject Matter Expert and Solution Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution implementation projects
• Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation
• Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance
• Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers
• Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content
• Audit existing client’s implementation and recommend enhancement

What you bring with you

• 5+ years’ experience in IT or Customer support organizations
• 3 years’ experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow with a focus on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification
• Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies
• 1+ years’ experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices
• Fluency in English (must-have)
• Availability to travel within ASEAN
• Due to client-related security requirements, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance and site access approvals required for the role
