Job summary

DXC Technology Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive ServiceNow implementations and deliver end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead project delivery, own both technical and business designs, and guide design reviews to ensure data quality.

You will collaborate with client teams during sales and delivery, participate in RFPs, and audit existing implementations to recommend enhancements. English fluency and ASEAN travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT or customer support organizations.
• 3 years as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow delivery (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM).
• ServiceNow certifications with at least 1 CIS.
• Strong understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies.
• 1+ years implementing ITIL-aligned processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel within ASEAN.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance and site access.

Summary:

The Solution Architect role is one of the core components in all our implementations. This role encompasses aspects of Business Subject Matter Expert and Solution Architect.

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution implementation projects;


• Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation;


• Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance;


• Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers;


• Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content;


• Audit existing client’s implementation and recommend enhancement.

What you bring with you:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT or Customer support organizations;


• 3 years’ experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow with a focus on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM);


• Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification


• Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies;


• 1+ years’ experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices;


• Fluency in English (must-have)


• Availability to travel within ASEAN.


• Due to client-related security requirements, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance and site access approvals required for the role.
