Job summary

BT Automation Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a versatile ServiceNow Associate Consultant to drive end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will own business capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or Service Catalog, analyzing bottlenecks and building automated workflows.

You will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and hands-on configuration, scripting, and integration engineering to deliver streamlined processes and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years of combined experience in BA and ServiceNow configuration/development.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with department heads to gather and refine requirements.
• Map workflows and align them with ITIL best practices.
• Evaluate requests for standard config vs. custom flows or code.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and end-user enablement and deployment comms.
• Design and build complex ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
• Develop client-side/server-side JavaScript and portal widgets.
