Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an experienced ServiceNow Lead/Architect to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, aligned with industry standards.

You will mentor teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, stay current with platform innovations, and ensure secure, scalable deployments for clients, while maintaining compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• CAD/CIS certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing consulting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom apps and integrations.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices and successful delivery.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and drive innovation in implementations.
• Ensure ServiceNow deployments are secure, scalable, and maintainable and compliant with requirements.
