Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions across client environments.

The role involves working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering scalable, integrated ServiceNow capabilities. You will lead workshops, perform gap analyses, and guide best-practice adoption including App Engine and widget development. Candidates should have multi-year hands-on ServiceNow experience and strong scripting

Qualifications

• Must hold ServiceNow System Administrator certification and Application Developer certification.
• 4 to 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including ground-up implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow scoped applications, scripting (client scripts, business rules, UI actions), and Service Portal.
• Experience with App Engine and widget development; AngularJS/JavaScript/CSS/HTML.
• Knowledge of integration with platform APIs and external tools.

You will review, analyze current and proposed business operations and provide overall design and solution to address the business outcome. Involve in the design, develop, implement and support ServiceNow tools

What will you do?

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
• Gather, review and analyze business & operation requirements and translate into user stories.
• Understanding business & operations needs and translate into technical requirement
• Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate solution brainstorming for both client and technical team.
• Perform gap analysis to identify the difference between current processes and desired outcomes, proposing solutions to bridge these gaps.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
• Advise on tools technology adoption based on business & technical consideration. Propose integration strategies for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.
• Able to design, develop, configure, test, implement, support and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
• Build Test cases, Facilitate UAT sessions with business users, and ensure that solutions are fit.
• Develop and execute test plans capture artifacts to ensure the solution meets the specified requirements and quality standards
• To support post implementation tasks including, troubleshooting, administration, patching and upgrades.
• To work with stakeholders and recommend best practices in areas such as App Engine.
• Lead in POC/POV, product evaluation and tech refresh activities

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Must have ServiceNow System Administrator certification, Application developer and additional ServiceNow Specialist certification.
• Four (4) to Seven (7) years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with ServiceNow products
• Four (4) to Seven (7) years of experience with ServiceNow scoped applications and all scripting module experience including client scripts, business rules, workflow, flow designer, script includes, UI actions, UI macros, UI pages etc. custom application development
• Four (4) to Seven (7) years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and widget development (Angular JS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
• Must have experience with the following ServiceNow suites: App Engine.
• Advanced experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow using platform APIs and integration tools
