Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect & Scrum Master to drive platform strategy, agile delivery, and AI innovations in a large enterprise.

You will lead architectural decisions and guide multiple delivery teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow, enterprise architecture, and agile leadership, with emphasis on migration from legacy systems and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in solution architecture with 3+ years on ServiceNow, CS M/CIS preferred.
• Strong experience leading agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage backlogs, coach teams, and drive digital transformation.
• Proven track record in architecture reviews, system integration, and large-scale programs.
• Experience with AI capabilities, analytics, and enterprise software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow platform architecture, feasibility studies, and migration strategies.
• Serve as Scrum Master across delivery teams, managing ceremonies and backlogs.
• Design and oversee AI capabilities integration with SaaS platforms.
• Provide enterprise-wide architectural guidance and standardisation.
• Optimise access control within licensing constraints and ensure security controls.
• Conduct vendor reviews, validate deployments, and uphold quality standards.
