The role emphasizes platform leadership, Agile delivery, and driving AI-enabled transformations within a modern enterprise environment. The candidate will act as Scrum Master for delivery teams, own the product backlog with business stakeholders, and ensure alignment with technical standards, licensing, and security

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of solution architecture experience with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow (CSM preferred).
• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise tech projects.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge and vendor-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow platform design, implementation, and optimization across the enterprise.
• Serve as Scrum Master, driving agile ceremonies and backlog management.
• Design AI capabilities and adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide enterprise-wide architecture guidance and cross-team collaboration.
• Optimize access control models and licensing within ServiceNow applications.
• Provide independent validation and quality assurance for vendor solutions.
