Job summary

V4 Impact Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a ServiceNow solutions leader to drive enterprise transformations from strategy through implementation and operation.

You will lead end-to-end programs, act as solution architect, establish governance, and accelerate platform adoption across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and more.

Qualifications

• Deep technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise transformations from strategy through implementation.
• Consulting and stakeholder management capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation programs across organizations.
• Act as Solution Architect and technical authority for platform design decisions.
• Establish platform governance, architecture standards, security controls, and development practices.
• Drive enterprise adoption of ServiceNow capabilities and platform optimization initiatives.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, SPM, SecOps, GRC, Workplace Service Delivery.
• Lead greenfield implementations, platform consolidations, migrations, and modernization programs.
• Define scalable architecture based on ServiceNow best practices and CSDM standards.
