Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect & Scrum Master to lead platform strategy, agile delivery, and AI initiatives within a large enterprise.

This role combines architectural leadership with hands-on agile delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will drive design migrations from legacy systems, manage backlogs with stakeholders, and coach teams in agile practices while aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in solution architecture with 3+ years on ServiceNow
• Proven Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead experience in large enterprises
• Experience with migrations from legacy platforms to modern enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow platform strategy and architecture decisions
• Drive agile ceremonies and backlog management across multiple delivery teams
• Design and implement AI capabilities (NowAssist, AI features) and integrate with SaaS platforms
• Oversee migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow with minimal disruption
• Provide enterprise-wide architecture guidance and governance
